This is the kefir Ice cream I make most often. It has only five ingredients and you can make this in a snap. I love to serve it in kombucha floats especially in the summertime on a hot day. My Magic Chocolate Topping is heavenly on this ice cream and it's super simple to make. Another favorite is to sprinkle a little cinnamon on this ice cream. Cinnamon has been found to help lower blood sugar. Cinnamon can imitate the effects of insulin and increase glucose transport into cells. You only need ½ teaspoon of cinnamon to accomplish this. I always try and incorporate a little cinnamon whenever I have a sugary treat. It helps bring balance to the body.
