Blue Cheese dressing has always been my favorite dressing and this is one of the best ones I've had. Buttermilk is typically used in this dressing and kefir is the perfect substitute for buttermilk in any recipe. The kombucha replaces vinegar and gives it a wonderfully rich taste. If you don't have kombucha mayo, you can use regular mayo; but FYI, it only takes 20 seconds to make and is filled with probiotics!
In a small bowl, mix blue cheese and kefir together. Stir in kefir cheese, kombucha mayonnaise, kombucha, sweetener, and garlic powder until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

The dressing may be refrigerated in an air-tight container for up to two weeks.
