Fermented Cocktail Grapes
People love this delicious cocktail grapes that I serve at my classes. They pop in your mouth with a multitude of flavors. You'll get a hint of cinnamon, clove, ginger, garlic and green onion all in one bite. You can stick them on skews with slices of cheese and other fruits for a snack or a party. Be forewarned, these can be quite addictive once you get started eating them.
Servings: 1 quart
Add the first seven ingredients to a glass quart jar.
Fill with filtered water ¾ of the way full.
Sprinkle Cutting Edge Culture starter into jar, or add kefir whey.
Seal and let sit on counter for 3 days
Place in refrigerator.
