Kefir Spiral Rolls

These bite-size rolls are super easy to make and a favorite for kids. Your kids will love them so much they won't even know they're eating probiotics! Serve them with cultured carrots and give them a Kefir Miso No-Bake Cookie with a glass of kombucha. Then you have the Trilogy (kefir, kombucha, and cultured veggies) and billions of probiotics!

Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla any kind
  • 1-2 tablespoons Kefir Cheese
  • ½ tablespoon Miso paste white
  • 1-2 pieces sliced ham or turkey
  • 1 slice cheese We like havarti!
  • 1-3 lettuce leaves

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together kefir cheese and miso.
  • Spread the kefir miso mixture on your tortilla.
  • Layer with sliced meat, cheese and lettuce.
  • Wrap your tortillas up to resemble of burrito.
  • Cut into slices and serve!
