SCOBY Smoothie!
You can make any of your favorite smoothie recipes and add 1/4 cup of SCOBY purée (or more) to it for a thicker, slightly tangy twist! Works great with kefir smoothies, too!

Scoby Puree

cup
frozen strawberries
1/2
cup
Almond Milk
or almond milk kefir!
1/2
cup
Kombucha
Liquid Stevia
or honey to taste
Instructions
BLend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
