More Than Taco Salad

Taco salad is one of my favorite salads. You can add so many different types of probiotics to this salad. Try topping with a little kefir cheese for extra flavor. Making a jar of cultured salsa for this salad is one of the easiest fermented foods to make. I have lots of cultured salsa recipes for you to try. Everybody loves taco salad, right?! It's a great way to get cultured. Don't forget the guacamole!

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning.
  • Simmer according to directions.
  • Place meat in large bowl. Add beans, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese.
  • Cover with salad dressing.
