Fermented Pasta Sauce
This is my favorite summertime pasta dish. It uses fresh cherry tomatoes and it is super easy to make and oh so fresh. Throw a bunch of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pour it over your favorite pasta adding chunks of fresh mozzarella cheese. You gotta try this recipe you will love it!
Servings: 4 people
Combine the garlic cloves, fermented tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, Parmesan, basil leaves, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a food processor or blender and pulse just until the tomatoes are coarsely chopped.
Toss the cooked pasta with the tomato mixture and fresh cubes of mozzarella in a large bowl.
Serve immediately
