Fast Frozen Yogurt
I've been making this super fast yogurt ice cream every day. In the summertime, this is a fast and easy treat and one that is loaded with probiotics and fruit that helps to feed your microbes. Any frozen fruit will do but my favorites are, strawberries, raspberries, or peaches. You can mix them up too. No ice cream freezer required.
Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and process and stop and start to scrape down the sides, keep going until it is smooth and creamy.
Can be eaten right away or placed covered in an airtight container and put into the freezer to firm up. Will last 2 weeks in the freezer.
