Blueberry Banana Kefir Smoothie
This will create a two-sided drink. Kids love this!

Blueberry Kefir Smoothie

blueberries
Frozen

Kefir

Monk Fruit Sweetener
(or your choice of sweetener)
Banana Kefir Smoothie
1
banana
1
cup
ice
1
cup
Kefir
1
teaspoon
Vanilla Extract
2
tablespoons
Monk Fruit Sweetener
(or your choice of sweetener)
Instructions
Blend each smoothie separately in a blender until smooth.
Pour each into two separate pitchers.
Take a tall glass and pour from both pitchers into the glass at the same time.
