Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kefir
  • ¼ cup Oats quick-cooking oats, uncooked
  • 1 cup Frozen Peaches
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid Stevia or 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth (about 30 seconds to one minute).
