This flavorful yogurt whey marinade is a wonderful way to use extra whey from strained yogurt. The whey adds a light tang while garlic, ginger, Dijon mustard, fresh herbs, and lemon or lime juice create a bright, savory flavor. Use it with chicken, beef, pork, fish, or vegetables. This recipe makes enough marinade for approximately 1½ to 2 pounds.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Place the meat or vegetables in a glass container or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the top and turn everything to coat evenly.
