I could live on avocados. When I got an avocado tree at my new home, I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. It was loaded with avocados and my kids love guacamole. My husband would never eat avocados until he started harvesting the fruit off our trees. One day he looked at me while eating some guacamole and said, "this is so good!". And he's been eating them ever since!
Servings: 16 2 tablespoons
- 1 large avocado
- 1 small handful cilantro chopped
- 1 serrano pepper ripe, seeds scooped out, and chopped
- ⅓ cup Kefir Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ½ lime small
Place first five ingredients in a food processor.
Squeeze lime juice over top.
Pulse until well blended.
Serve immediately or place in the fridge. This will last longer and stay green because of the probiotics.
