Kefir Oatmeal Mask
This soothing, hydrating mask is great for any skin type, but especially sensitive skin.
Ingredients
1/3
cup
Kefir
1/2
banana
1/3
cup
oatmeal (uncooked)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender or mix with a KitchenAid.
Apply to your face and leave on for 10-15 minutes.
Rinse off and store remaining mask in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Notes
You can use this mask once a week or daily for ongoing skin issues.
