Einkorn Sunrise Muffinwich

In a skillet or pan, brown and crumble the sausage over medium heat until done. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and stir. Then add milk, vanilla, eggs, and melted butter. Whisk together until pretty smooth, scraping down the sides. Add in the sausage, maple syrup, and cheese and mix until thoroughly combined.
Spoon into a greased muffin tin. (About 2/3 full)
Bake for 12 minutes at 400℉ degrees. Check with a toothpick to make sure that the muffins are cooked through.
