Chocolate Kefir Coconut Pudding
I probably make this at least once a week for my daughter Holli. It is one of her favorite breakfasts. Creamy and rich it's a wonderful way to have some kefir. It really tastes like dessert! It's great for having a sugar-free alternative and the coconut is oh so good for you.
Servings: 1 serving
Whisk together all ingredients until well combined
Add this to a 1 pint jar.
Place a secure lid on the jar and place in the fridge.
Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight until thick and creamy.
