Blueberry, Coconut, Pecan Kefir

I love this yummy breakfast or afternoon lunch. I like to make it with frozen blueberries and it's really easy to make. The combination of nuts, coconut, and berries is one of my favorite fast food recipes. If you can try to get wild blueberries, they have more antioxidants than farm-raised blueberries and I love them. They're little and I love how I get lots of blueberries in every bite along with probiotics. Blueberries are my favorite winter food. They freeze beautifully and taste wonderful even when it's cold outside.

  • Mix together maple syrup and kefir in a small jar.
  • Layer on top of kefir the blueberries, coconut, and pecans. Serve immediately.
