Apple Kefir Bircher

This is a fun breakfast that can be prepared the night before. You can easily swap this muesli for your favorite granola or even switch up the type of fruit you use. Then top with maple syrup or jam or leave as is. The possibilities are endless.

Ingredients

  • 1 small green apple cored and chopped or shredded
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup nuts mixed pecans, almonds, walnuts etc. preferably sprouted
  • 1 cup kefir
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup raspberries

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except raspberries in a jar and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, add the raspberries and serve!
