Red, White, Blue and Cultured Too

This recipe takes just a few minutes to put together. It is super versatile with any kind of berries and it is incredibly good for you and really really yummy! You could even use it as a topping for shortcakes. You will love this super simple dessert loaded With Vitamin C, A and probiotics too!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup strawberries chopped
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup cherry pitted
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar I used a strawberry aged balsamic vinegar

Kefir Topping

Instructions

  • Toss together berries and a bowl.
  • Mix cheese and sweetener together and then top berries with cheese.
  • Garnish with lemon zest
