Kombucha with Whipped Coconut Cream
Two brands of coconut milk I recommend are Thai Kitchen and Whole Food 365 Everyday Value Organic Coconut milk brand.
Servings: 8 ounces
- 8 ounces Kombucha I'm using grape for this recipe, but you can use fruit flavor you wish!
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 1 can Coconut Milk Make sure not to shake the can. You want the cream to stay separated. It is also helpful to refrigerate it for a few hours first.
Place grapes in the freezer for a few hours or until frozen.
Place the cream portion of the coconut milk into a bowl. Do not use the coconut water part of the coconut milk.
Beat coconut milk cream with an electric mixer. Beat until light and fluffy.
Place frozen grapes in a tall glass.
Pour your flavored kombucha over top of the grapes.
Top with your whipped coconut cream.
You can use the leftover coconut water to make kefir soda!
