Strawberry Bliss Kombucha
Strawberries and kombucha are a perfect match. The flavor of strawberries creates one of the best tasting kombuchas. Add a splash of lemon and serve over ice for a refreshing treat.
- 14 ounces Kombucha
- 2 ounces Strawbery Juice Juiced from fresh Strawberries
Juice strawberries until you make about 2 ounces of juice. Fresh juice ferments quicker than store bought juices.
Add the 2 ounces of juice to a 16-ounce bottle. (Make sure it is a good bottle for fermenting.)
Pour just under 14 ounces of Plain Kombucha into the bottle leaving a small amount of room (about 1 inch) at the top.
Fresh juice ferments quicker than store bought so this recipe only needs to sit 2-7 days or until it becomes bubbly. Check it often by opening it to see if it is bubbly.
Remember: Always use bottles made for brewing.
