Elderberry Kombucha
Elderberry syrup has been used for many years for the prevention of colds and flu. Combined with kombucha, you get an extra boost and a crazy delicious drink that you will love, love! Remember - always use good bottles made for brewing.
Servings: 16 ounces
Elderberry Kombucha
- 2 tablespoons elderberry syrup
- 15 ounces Kombucha
Elderberry Kombucha
Add 2 tablespoons of elderberry syrup to a 16 ounce brew-safe bottle
Add plain kombucha, leaving an inch of headspace.
Cap off and let sit 7-14 days. (Houses above 70°F will take less time.)
Once ready, you can drink immediately or store in the refrigerator.
