Cherry Vanilla Rooibos Kombucha
You can use any flavor base to make this Cherry Vanilla 2nd ferment. But I really liked the delicious sweeter tones of the Rooibos Kombucha!

Ingredients
½ - 1
teaspoon
vanilla bean paste
(vanilla extract works too)
1 - 2
ounces
cherry juice
14
ounces
Rooibos Kombucha
(you can use any flavor)
Instructions
Add cherry juice, vanilla to a 16 oz bottle.
Add 14 ounces of Plain Kombucha in the bottle leaving a small amount of room (about 1 inch) at the top.
Cap your bottle and allow to ferment for 5-14 days. (Less time if your house is above 75)
Once ready you can drink or refrigerate for storing.
Notes
Make sure you use good bottles made for brewing.
