Spicy Kefir Veggie Dip 🌶
This dip is packed with kefir cheese, cultured veggies, and a wallop of vitamin C! We served this kefir dip at my Trilogy class. My husband went around with a bottle of Chipotle Hot Sauce asking everybody if they'd like a little in their dip. People went crazy for this and we've been making and serving it ever since. 🌶
Servings: 6 servings
- 1 cup Kefir Cheese
- ½ cup cultured veggies drained. Any kraut, kimchi or zucchini or even cultured salsa will work!
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Cholula Chipotle Hot Sauce you can add more or less, adjust to your taste preferences
- 1 tablespoon cilantro or parsley finely chopped
Take one half cup of your favorite cultured veggie and one cup of kefir cheese and place in a bowl. Stir together with a spoon until well combined.
Sprinkle with black pepper and stir in hot sauce. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro or parsley.
Serve with sprouted chips or fresh veggies.
