Watermelon Kombucha Margarita
I discovered the traditional version of this recipe when I was on a cruise in Mexico. I fell in love with margarita's but just didn't enjoy the tequila. So I made my own non alcoholic version and of course used kombucha!
Servings: 2
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1/2 cup watermelon fresh and chopped
- 1 cup Kombucha Margarita kombucha gives this an extra boost!
- 2 limes juiced
- 1 tablespoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Allulose optional
Combine ice, watermelon, kombucha, and half of the lime juice and allulose (if using) in a blender and process until smooth.
Put the other half of the lime juice on a small plate. Put the salt on another small plate
Dip the rim of your glass in the lime juice then into the salt so that the rim is covered with salt.
Pour the margarita mixture into the salt-rimmed glass and serve.
