Really refreshing and unusual. This drink used to be served to the cowboys or field hands on a hot day to quench thirst. It's meant to be served icy cold. You can substitute over-fermented kombucha (that is more on the vinegary side) for the apple cider vinegar.

- 4 cups Water
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or over-fermented kombucha
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger freshly grated
- 2 teaspoons Monk Fruit Sweetener (or honey) to taste
