Einkorn Graham Crackers

Graham crackers are my daughter Holli's favorite snack. Easy to make and fun to eat, I always have to make a double batch just to have enough for recipes. These work great for a graham cracker crust for pies or other desserts. Just grind up the crackers in a food processor to fine crumbs. Then add six tablespoons of melted butter and pulse until combined. Then press into a pie pan or baking sheet and add your filling.

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Mix all dry ingredients.
  • Add honey, butter, and water until a ball is formed.
  • Roll out onto buttered or parchment lined baking sheet using a rolling pin.
  • Score into 16 crackers with a knife and prick with a fork.
  • Bake for 10 to 13 minutes, depending on how crispy you like them.

Notes

You can grind these in a food processor to make graham cracker crumbs.
