Moscow Mule Kombucha Mocktail

A Moscow Mule is a cocktail made with spicy ginger blended with lime juice and garnished with a slice or wedge of lime. It is usually served in a copper mug and served with vodka. We omit the vodka and make a yummy probiotic drink instead. If you REALLY like ginger, try using our Lemon Ginger Kombucha for this recipe to add even more of a punch. You can also make this recipe using fermented ginger beer or ginger kefir soda!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces fresh ginger juiced or grated
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 13 ounces Ginger Kombucha any flavor works.
  • sprigs of mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Juice your ginger and your lime. You can press your ginger if you don't have a juicer.
  • Add to a 16 ounce glass.
  • Add kombucha and stir. Top with mint sprig.
  • Add ice and enjoy! (Please note: Adding ice to second-fermented kombucha can sometimes cause more fizz, so be careful.)
