This is a crazy good and easy kombucha to make for the holidays. Your friends and family will love this, so make extra. People will drink this like crazy, it’s so good. I can’t wait for the holidays just so I can have some Candy Cane Kombucha! Make sure you buy organic candy canes from your local health store. These won’t have the harmful red dyes in them.

This is a unique way to have wonderful-tasting probiotic bread. Kombucha has the powerful probiotic yeast Saccharomyces boulardii. This is not the yeast that causes infections or overgrowth. S. boulardii exerts the opposite effect, producing lactic and other acids known to inhibit potentially harmful candida yeast species. And since this probiotic yeast is resistant to heat, you will actually receive more probiotics than you can in any other bread. My family gobbles up this bread and it’s really easy to make. Only 5 ingredients and it ferments on the counter for 5 hours and then you pop it in the oven. I made my last batch with ginger kombucha and boy was it good. Kombucha is wonderful for colds and flus and this bread is a comfort to you when you need something warm and yummy and good for you. I wish everybody would try this bread and then they’d be hooked.

This bread is great with kefir cheese and your favorite cultured veggie or try my blueberry jam recipe, on the Kefir Chia Jam recipe.

The unique gingerbread taste in this kombucha comes from molasse. There are many types of molasses on the market, for this recipe, make sure to use organic blackstrap molasses. It has many health benefits that have been refined out of other types of molasses, including high amounts of copper, calcium, magnesium, and iron. Plus it’s loaded with B vitamins that make your hair beautiful and strong.

This a super yummy probiotic dressing! It’s one of my very favorites. This raspberry with a hint of cinnamon dressing, can go on a salad or is great as a topping for kefir or yogurt. It’s a snap to make, and double the amount, you’ll want to eat it every day.

This is a great kombucha to have in the morning. Cinnamon has a long history both as a spice and as a medicine. If you’re looking for fiber, potassium, or copper, look no further than dates. Together with kombucha, this is a lovely drink and a great holiday drink, too!

This is a wonderful combination of prebiotics and probiotics. You can use tart dried cherries or dried blueberries- or both! It only takes a few minutes to mix them together for a fast treat! Don’t be afraid, scobys are good for you!

This recipe is a twist on our classic Hibiscus Kombucha! We normally use plain teas for our basic brews but the mulling spices and hibiscus petals have worked wonderfully in this first ferment, just in time for the holidays!

This ketchup is like no other. It has a sweeter taste than regular ketchup, and you can use it on chicken or hamburgers as a topping or just as a dipping sauce. Cranberries are one of my favorite foods. It can help keep away UTI’s and also protects the lining of your gut to keep pathogens from inhabiting you. It protects you in so many ways. Food is medicine and cranberries are super fruits!

Cranberry juice has many health benefits, including relief from urinary tract infection, respiratory disorders, and kidney stones. It can also help in the prevention iof gum diseases caused by dental plaque. Cranberry juice kombucha has the added benefit of assisting with liver detoxification.

If you like licorice then you’ll love this kombucha. Special spices make it taste just like licorice and it’s super easy and delicious! It’s pretty too!

This recipe is from my new book!

Raspberries are packed with antioxidants, and they’re at the highest level when the raspberries re fully ripe. So if I’m going to use fresh raspberries, I buy them the day I need them so I can get them at full ripeness without leaving them on my counter. However, I often use frozen raspberries for this recipe because most berries are frozen at their peak of freshness and it is just as delicious!

This is a quick and easy way to have some cultured apples. You receive more beneficial strains of bacteria if you use the previous Cultured Cinnamon recipe but this one has many benefits too. I just love how fast and easy it is to make and the taste is amazing. Try both recipes and let me know which one you like better. They sure are fun to make and oh so good for you!
