 Try this cultured meal for your family.

One of my favorite meals is a big bowl of sprouted pureed beans cooked with an onion topped with cheese, cultured salsa and my special guacamole. Throw all that on a sprouted homemade tortilla and I am in heaven. In the summer time when tomatoes taste like candy you can’t beat this meal.

Ingredients
  • 3 avocados
  • lime juicefrom ¼ Lime
  • 1/2Tablespoon Celtic Sea Salt
  • 3Tablespoons cilantro
  • 1small Serrano chilichopped and seeded
  • 1Tablespoon cultured veggiesyou can use the juice from any cultured veggies and it works great
  • 1small onionschopped
  • 1handful cherry tomatoeschopped

  1. Scoop out avocados and mash with a fork
  2. Add other ingredients and mix well.

  1. Do you let the Guac ferment at all or you just add cultured juices…?

    Or its basically just guac with probiotic juice then? Or does the guac sit and ferment for awhile?

  2. How long will the guacamole last before it turns brown? And when you sprout the beans is it The beans in bags at the store? How do you sprout them?

  3. This guacamole looks amazing! I’m going to try putting some juice from my fermented veggies in my next batch.

    How do you make the beans? You sprout them and then mash and cook?
