The Trilogy Class at New York Open Center

by

new york open copy

I am excited to be doing a class at:

New York’s Leading Center of Holistic Learning and World Culture.

The New York Open Center is located in the Madison Square Park North Neighborhood, above Union Square and Gramercy Park, east of Chelsea and Herald Square. Our address is 22 East 30th Street, New York, NY 10016

This evening will be a time to share my passion for three powerfully healing foods: kefir, kombucha, and cultured vegetables, all of which provide healthful bacteria and yeasts that enhance the body’s ability to remove pathogens, enhance digestion, make serotonin, and boost immunity. Experience how to recover from gut issues and food allergies, and how easy it is to use these foods daily without changing your diet. You will make a starter kit of cultured veggies to take home so you can continue making more cultured foods on your own. It is the thing that has changed my life the most and I am excited to share it with you. I will have my book for sale and answer questions and help you discover just how easy it is to make these foods a part of your life.

Cultured VeggiesNote: A materials fee of $8 is payable to the instructor for food and handouts. Bring a mason jar, knife and cutting board.

AN EVENING WORKSHOP
Friday, March 21, 6:30–9:30pm

  1. Hi Donna, I’d love to take your class, but I’m in Arizona. Do you ever travel anywhere closer to Arizona with your classes? I bought your book and your DVD and the story you told of your daughter’s allergies and stomach issues describes my daughter perfectly. I’m trying to do everything to help her.

  2. FYI for anyone registering for the NYC class “membership” refers to the NY Open Center not a biotic pro membership. And if you have trouble registering through the website like I did call them. They are very nice and very helpful! Looking forward to next week’s class!!!

  3. Donna,
I’ll be watching for a class in Michigan! In the meantime – you encourage us to be creative and come up with our own recipes and I have a question about cultured vegetables. Some of your recipes call for 6 days on the counter, some 3 days, and some 2. What determines the length of time?
Thanks for all the wonderful information you share!

    Rebecca
