Sprouts Grown On A Hemp Bag
I found a fun and easy way to grow sprouts. You grow your seed on a hemp bag. The roots of the seeds grab on to the bag and they grow up as if they were in dirt, only there is no dirt. It is super fun and pretty sitting on your counter. I purchased my seeds and bag at Sprout people. I also purchase their seed mixes. They have a mix of different seeds that are full of flavor. I love the garlic and chive flavors for sandwiches. Some of my favorites are French garden, Italian blend, and Russian Mix .
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of your choice of sprouting seeds.

- You thoroughly wet your seeds and hemp bag and place them in a small pan or container that will allow your bag to spread out. Then you can lightly cover the container making sure that the bag stays wet. Then remove the cover when they start to sprout after a day or two.
- Make sure that you keep you bag moist and never let it dry out or get to soggy. Then in about a 5 to 7 days you have beautiful sprouts that you just pull out and enjoy. You can also use this bag to sprout beans. See the video below to see how to sprout beans in a hemp bag.
