I just discovered cultured food and made my first attempt yesterday – including Beet Kvass. No idea if it will work. I’ve never seen this in stores, I’d love to know what it is supposed to taste like 
I have made Beet kvass with cut beets, salt, kefir whey and water……but am excited to know there are other forms of kvass out there to try! Looks exciting!

I find these products not only delicious but perfect health-emerging & balancing as well !! i have tried the zukay salad dressing, tomato basil (i could drink it straight down from the bottle its sooo yumm) as well as the beet kvass…cant wait to taste more products
