Kefir Cheese Ball
When I was growing up in Maryland my dad always bought a cheese ball for the holidays. Many times he brought two or three because he couldn’t decide on the flavor, but we always had one. It is a tradition at our house too. Family traditions that go down through the generations are the best.

I understand you used One cup of Kefir Cheese for this recipe. In the video…You had Kefir cheese Left over in your Bowl. How much Kefir Culture do I need to start to get a Large Bowl of Kefir Cheese?

I actually bought those carrots and the store. They are called carrot chips at whole foods and I have also seen them at regular groceries stores too.
You will need about 2 to 2-1/2 cups of regular kefir to get a cup of kefir cheese.
