GreenAcres Market has a farmers market on Thursday nights during the summer. After the Farmers market on July 26th I will be teaching you how to make cultured vegetables from the wonderful summer produce.

Learn how to make Probiotic Cultured Vegetables.     Hi Donna,

    I attended your class at Green Acres and it was outstanding! I have a 40 liter crock fermenting cabbage right now. I’m thinking of letting it go 12 weeks instead of eight. Once it’s done, I’m going to get more daring and I think I’m going to use your recipe and put apples in my kraut. I can’t wait!

    Thanks for the great info! I already ferment, but I needed to go out on a limb and use different recipes. So, thanks!

    I also brought a friend with me whose son was diagnosed with autism. She’s starting to ferment, too, so I’m looking forward to seeing how it will work out for her little guy.
