Hi Donna,
I attended your class at Green Acres and it was outstanding! I have a 40 liter crock fermenting cabbage right now. I’m thinking of letting it go 12 weeks instead of eight. Once it’s done, I’m going to get more daring and I think I’m going to use your recipe and put apples in my kraut. I can’t wait!
Thanks for the great info! I already ferment, but I needed to go out on a limb and use different recipes. So, thanks!
I also brought a friend with me whose son was diagnosed with autism. She’s starting to ferment, too, so I’m looking forward to seeing how it will work out for her little guy.
Again, thanks so much for getting that info out!

I wouldn’t let you sauerkraut ferment that long. Most don’t like it when they do. Try it at 6 days and see how you like it.
