Cultured Veggies

Cultured Veggies

So many people are struggling today with digestive issues and food allergies. My daughter Maci used to be one with severe food allergies. My daughter and so many of my friends  and people who come to my classes have turned their food allergies and digestive issues around.

There is a reason so many are struggling today. It seems like an epidemic but it is really the bodies way of sending our a distress signal for help. Many don’t understand the reasoning behind this seemingly sudden epidemic with food allergies and stomach problems. There are many reasons and all so understanding on how to turn all of this around. I have seen many go from a limited diet of a few foods to now being able to eat anything.

Cultured foods can hold the answer for you and your family members.

Kefir

I will explain the  reasoning and the help that is readily available to you.
I will demonstrate which foods are most effective and how to set up and eating plan that can help you digest your food and heal your gut. So many have done this and I want to help you too.

This is a local class in Kansas City. If you are not able to attend this class I will be putting together and online class that will be  available soon.

hi there, How do you know if kefir is causing a reaction or if its causing die off? I’m allergic to dairy products, it gives me acne.
    Thanks

I too would be very interested in an on-line class or will you be posting the class on your website like you have with the other classes?

  4. Laurel says:

yay! I called to get in the January class, but it was full. They said you were teaching another Feb 9th so I signed up for that one. Thank you for adding the extra class–sounds like it’s getting full quickly, too! Can’t wait!

  5. Sheila says:

I also am interested in an online class.

  6. Amber Bedord says:

How long is the class? (I’m in Tulsa, Ok.) Wondering if my husband and I could make a (long) day trip.

  7. Rebecca says:

This would so interest me, but I am in Utah. I got the book “The Art of Fermentation” and I just got a 5L fermentation Crock for Christmas, and tons of cabbage and carrots I am going to start fermenting today. I already ferment Kefir (it is much easier than yogurt I think!)

I have had digestive issues for as long as I could remember, but I do not know the cause of them, and I never bring them up at the doctor’s office. I just deal with them. So, hopefully eating fermented veggies twice a day (for lunch and dinner) will help me!

Can’t wait for the online class.

  8. Laura says:
