The Triliogy

The Trilogy

Do you want to know how to eat cultured foods on the go? My family and I goto the lake every weekend and I take my cultured foods with me. Cultured foods have been very influential in helping me with my exercise program and keeping me happy.

I want to show you how easy these foods are to enjoy anywhere, and also how they can help you feel full and satisfied. Come join me on my boat at beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. It’s a peek into my life and how I incorporate these foods everyday.

Great video Donna…great ideas and it’s funny because I just made reservations @ the regatta house @ eagles nest resort on the lake of the ozarks for Summer vacation to celebrate our 40th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. I’ve just started fermenting and I’m addicted to learning more and finding things that my family will enjoy. Thanksmformall the great recipes and teaching tools!!

i love the idea of adding whey to different things to increase goodness and flavour. i will make the pesto soon as i have an abundance of basil in my garden. My feremented mayo tastes great and lasts months in my fridge rather than a few weeks if i make it without whey. thanks donna.
