I will demonstrate how to make several cultured veggie recipes. Like tomato bruschetta and served on my sourdough toast. Gringo dip made with cultured veggies and kefir cheese. You will receive handouts for all the recipes and you’ll get to taste yummy samples.

There will be veggie culture starters for sale.
