This dish is made with the Cultured Peach Pico Salsa from the previous video in this series. This is so good, and in the summertime with extra fresh tomatoes it is delicious! I talk a lot about the Trilogy, and I am going to show you in this video how I have the Trilogy in my everyday life. It’s not as much work or as hard as you think. Let me show you how you can have the Trilogy in a fun way. The Trilogy is what I call my secret weapon; I am a walking example, because lately if it weren’t for these special foods in my diet (kefir, kombucha, and cultured vegetables) I would struggle to get through my day. I cannot tell you how much I have grown to appreciate their presence in my life. I know they are just food; but they are also living microorganisms, billions in each and every bite, and if I didn’t know better, I would swear they are saying, “Eat Me!” These days I am busier than ever, and I need my body to help me with this new busy world that I find myself living and creating in. I usually have the Trilogy every day by midday. Maybe I am the only one doing this, but in time everybody will know what a difference it can make. Food is what you are made of, so make it count!
